Would you like to contribute to sustainable water solution in developing countries by working with strategic partnerships in order to promote Grundfos Lifelink amongst key players? Do you want to be part of a dynamic department on the first stages of development with a huge potential? You will be part of the Funding and Partnership Lifelink department in Brøndby where we are responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with key players within the development sector. Lifelink is part of our water treatment programme in the Business Development organisation. You refer to Funding and Partnership Director Rasoul D. Mikkelsen. “Our department is small but developing rapidly, and you will be part of this journey as my strategic sparring partner and right hand. It is a very dynamic department with a great range of activities and a strong focus on value adding and strategic partnerships as well as sustainability,” Rasoul says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? Your main focus as Funding and Partnership Consultant is to act as support and right hand to the Funding and Partnership Director. You perform operational and analytical tasks such as market and trend mapping and analysis. Also, you conduct and maintain a donor and partner mapping in focus countries, NGOs, private foundations etc. Further, you will have the operational responsibility for relationship management, maintaining and developing our relations with global accounts based on customer needs. You stay up to date with customer needs and business potential and execute based on budgets and key account action plans. A smaller part of your job will be to support the director by taking responsibility for preparing strategically important meetings, including researching background material, preparing presentations, etc. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a degree in Business or Development studies and broad experience within development politics, e.g. from fundraising, project management, key account management, project finance and investment. Working with an international development agency, NGO, UN, etc. will be desirable. It is important that you have a solid understanding of the development politics and can combine it with commercial thinking. You speak and write English fluently. French and Spanish is an advantage. “As a person, you are outgoing and an excellent communicator. You thrive, working in the field of development and sustainability and enjoy interacting with different cultures. Also, you are flexible in your approach to your tasks, and you are a strong team player with good problem solving skills,” Rasoul finishes.
