Then you could help us rewrite the rules as our new Creative Manager. Digital Games - your new adventure playground The Digital Games team is located in Billund and Enfield - and you will be based in Billund. We support the overall digitalisation agenda across all LEGO brands. Our mission is to invent and produce all games in the LEGO Group, and our ambition is to develop new and unseen features and gaming experiences - worldwide, world class! World class console, LPW and mobile games You will be single point of contact to our partners when creating and developing the revolutionary ideas and gaming concepts that empower us to stay in the lead of the games production. You drive the day-to-day dialogue and engage with our extremely competent external developers and partners to align creative strategy with actual production. This means that you account for the game play direction while unifying the visual identity, LEGO values and game play principles. You also have an advisory role and step up, if the game play does not correspond with our ethics and quality standards. This job allows you to dig deep into the production stages and fine-tune the processes to perfection. It is your responsibility to ensure that the LEGO DNA is maintained every step of the way - from idea to ready-made product, across all platforms and markets. Innovative wizard who wants to play a part You have been creating games for at least 3 years either as a Game Director or on a game production, so you know what works and what doesn't. And you know the creative processes like the back of your hand and are able to challenge our methods and procedures. If you have topped your CV with a degree within design, animation or games development, it will benefit your application, although your solid competences count more. Maybe you have experience in developing LPWs, although it is not an unshakable demand. You are used to navigating between partners and external suppliers and successfully managing multiple projects at different stages. This means that you are able to go into detail with a subject for a while without losing your supreme overview of the entire process.
