Job Description

Danfoss is looking for Global Head of HR Services and Solutions to drive the Global HR IT strategy; HR Analytics as well as to manage the current HR service agreements and define and implement the future operating model for HR services. The role has leadership accountability and will perform a critical task ensuring HR is proactively supporting the operational needs of Danfoss in a customer-focused and cost-effective approach. You will report directly to the SVP of HR.

Your responsibilities 

• You define further and implement our HR IT strategy
• You execute a detailed HR Services integration plan by overseeing the design, development, implementation and transition of existing organizational structures, providers, processes, operating procedures and systems
• You collaborate with and will have significant interaction with HR functional leaders, IT, integration leads and Management in the execution of short-term and long-term initiatives
• You develop a roadmap to achieve operational excellence in support of the business objectives
• You establish a customer-centric culture in our HR Services organization with highly collaborative relationships within HR
• You continue to drive HR Analytics forward
• You promote the standardization of HR processes, identifying and implementing process improvements that are compliant with local requirements
• You oversee the management of vendors related to HR Service Model Platform

Your Profile
 

• You successfully completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
• You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR, HR Shared Services Operations, and related functions
• You have a strong background in HR systems and applications and managing complex transformation processes including HR strategies and operations, policies, procedures and compliance
• You have a proven track record in building partnerships and relationships with internal clients and are an expert in managing change in complex HR projects
• You are a seasoned leader who can drive the career development of your employees
• You are fluent in English
