Global Medical Affairs Diabetes and Outcomes is looking for a skilled coordinator for the Diabetes Outcomes & Liraglutide as well as the NGI & Hypoglycaemia departments within the VP area.

About the department
Global Medical Affairs Diabetes & Outcomes is one of four VP areas within the larger Global Medical Affairs Organisation. The area is responsible for building and delivering consistent scientific communication across all phases of clinical trials related to Diabetes. The area has 35 employees in 4 different departments and you will be supporting two departments of highly skilled and dedicated directors and doctors.

The position
The Global Medical Affairs Coordinator is responsible for various line management tasks within the department, such as calendar planning, travel arrangements, line budgets, department meetings, on-boarding of new employees, meeting planning and ad hoc support to directors and employees. You will also coordinate advisory boards as well as ensuring compliance in our interaction with Health Care Professionals (HCP’s).
As part of the Global Medical Affairs Coordinator team, you will be encouraged to collaborate across teams and organisation as well as to take responsibility related to shared activities.
 

Qualifications
You have at least two years of experience with administrative processes.
You communicate effortlessly both verbally and written in English at business level, and you are highly skilled within MS Office.
You know how to provide great service and thrive in a role as go-to person.
Our ideal candidate has a strong customer service mind-set, is able to independently organise tasks and is well structured with a sense for detail and a good overview at the same time. It is important that you can manage deadlines and can work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humor.
You are a natural planner who knows how to plan your days ahead, and you have a strong quality mindset. In a day-to-day setting you are known as a team-player with a can-do attitude.
