Hvad tilbyder vi? The new Global Product Manager will be part of the Business Development organization reporting to the Program Manager within the Multistage Pump area. Grundfos plans to grow this product range significantly both within state of the art product portfolio and by developing and launching new innovative solutions. As a vital part of your responsibility, you lead a product champ team consisting of specialists from Purchase, Engineering, Business and Operations. You will represent Business Development in new product development projects. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement global product strategies and secure successful product launches. To take product ownership is very important and you have a constant focus on maintaining and developing a competitive and optimized product portfolio that is exposed across all sales regions. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? You will serve as internal expert and external representative for your product range and related offerings to desalination reverse osmosis and high pressure boosting applications in a close corporation with the Desalination Product Specialist. Experience and preferably an education in machine engineering would be preferred. You will be responsible for a range of pump that are utilized Globally across several business areas in Grundfos incl. Water Supply, Industrial Waste Water, Marine, Cooling and more. Thus, strong communicative skills are a must to secure a natural flow of information between relevant stakeholders. Based on thorough research you will develop and execute strategies for your product range, as you will have the responsibility for securing the given products profitability. Product innovation is at the core of Grundfos’ business, and desalination is a prioritized application. Through the product champ team you will have a considerable impact on the future of a value based company with high aspirations. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge?
