We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Project Manager to cope with our expanding development activities within Wind Turbine Control systems. You will be part of a strong engineering team developing control panels for one of the world leading wind turbine manufacturers. Responsibilities As our new Project Manager you will be responsible for executing projects from order received to running in the Production. You will be handling many small projects in parallel and your main tasks are to: Ensure clear specifications with the customer Communicate with customers Ensure internal structures are followed, e.g. project model Handle and motivate resources in an matrix organization Secure delivery according to agreed plan Handle changes and keep track of consequences Be finance responsible Report and follow up on project’s KPI Your working place is in Ikast, but you must expect 20-30 travelling days per year. Your profile We are looking for a Project Manager with an education as a BScEE/MScEE engineer (e.g. power, marine or energy systems), Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering, or Electrical contractor. You have 3-5 years of experience in managing projects with a customer interface and are used to work in an international environment. You are fluent in written and spoken English and you have a project management education (e.g. IPMA-D, Prince2 or Agile Management). As a person you are on top of things and you possess excellent coordination and communication skills. You have focus on the commercial aspect of your projects and have a strong drive. Furthermore, you are proactive, structured, a dedicated team player and have a holistic approach to things.
