Are you detail-oriented, structured and looking for a coordinating role? Secure correct marking of packaging and building instructions As Graphic Text Coordinator, your job is to secure the correct marking of all packaging and building instructions. This is done according to EU and US regulations as well as LEGO® Guidelines - in close cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders, among others Marketing, Corporate Quality and Corporate Legal Affairs. To be more specific, you: Gather all relevant product information and prepare text briefings, using a number of tools available, and collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders Proofread and deliver preliminary and final text masters Handle all translations of legal and marketing texts for packaging and building instructions by cooperating with the relevant translation agency Secure and coordinate the vital legal information flow between relevant stakeholders Continuously optimise our processes and ensure that our databases are updated Deliver quality solutions In joining 7 colleagues in Graphic Text, you also become part of the much larger LEGO® Graphic Solutions, and you get to collaborate closely with a number of internal stakeholders. Graphic Solutions is an in-house agency - handling the majority of all graphic materials to secure consistently high global graphic quality and compliance according to EU and US legislation. When you begin, we will make sure to offer you the required training through our experienced Text Coordinators. Great planning skills and collaboration skills You succeed, because you are able to secure legal compliance while also meeting the needs of Marketing. This means that your collaboration skills and your ability to act proactively are constantly put to the test, as you balance the requirements from different internal stakeholders in a global organisation.
