Our new Controller will be part of a global Finance organization, and will join the department Service & Inventory Controlling within BPM Region Northern Europe. The Finance department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities and tasks It is the Controllers responsibility to manage the financial controlling of the Danish repair and inventory activities within Vestas Wind Systems A/S. The controller will ensure that internal and external financial requirements are met. Your tasks will primarily be: Controlling of activities within the Danish repair and supply chain business Manage month-end closings and internal financial reporting Product cost controlling Variance analysis of repair orders Business partner for the departments and managers of the repair and supply chain business. Support business in analysis related to productivity and efficiency Support repair and supply chain management in reporting to global BPM function Assist budget and forecasting process, and be gatekeeper of valid budget assumptions Optimization of financial business procedures Ensure that corporate KPI’s are implemented and communicated to repair shop management Secure compliance to the Vestas financial guidelines and perform Euro sox controls and documentation Participation in network of production controllers in other countries Ad hoc analysis Qualifications and work experience Capable of communicating with the organization regardless of background and understanding of financial issues. The successful candidate will have a relevant education within business administration (HD, B.Sc.) or equivalent. You have 3-5 years’ experience from a similar job and responsibilities, preferably in an international company. Willingness to work analytical with large quantities of data. Result orientated and persistent. English is our corporate language, which you must communicate fluently.
