Would you like handle quality assurance of our work with offshore wind farms in Northern Europe? Join us and become our new QA Manager in the QA Supplier Management department focusing on quality assurance and control in relation to development and construction of wind farms as well as supplier management. You will be joining a department ensuring a high standard of quality assurance. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our deliverables and services comply with the agreed quality and time schedule. QA Supplier Management is part of Wind Power which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in Greater Copenhagen. You should, however, expect some travelling to our sites in Northern Europe and our Danish offices in relation to project and department meetings, training and the like. Areas of responsibility As QA Manager, you will participate in one or more wind projects and assist the product lines in supplier assessments and management. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •perform quality assurance in relation to wind projects •follow up on cooperation with suppliers, including audits •follow up on quality matters in general •prepare tender documents and evaluate tenders •ensure proper reporting as part of our continuous quality improvement. In addition, you will contribute to the overall development of quality management in connection with the development and construction phases of our projects. In this regard, you will prepare standard documents concerning quality requirements in contracts and participate in the organisational development of the department. Your profile You have a relevant higher technical education, eg as an engineer, supplemented with extensive experience with quality management in relation to project execution. Additionally, you will have thorough knowledge of quality standards and experience as Lead Auditor. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently. Furthermore, you will have strong communication skills, enabling you to cooperate efficiently with business partners from various professional groups and cultures.
