Do you want to use your vast experience in our construction management team where you will be hands on in all stages of a project from studies, concept, FEED, detailed design to EPC? Contribute to expanding EPC in Ramboll In this position you will have large influence on the development of EPC in Ramboll which is one of our strategic goals for 2016. You will get great insight into all disciplines – electrical, mechanical, process, structural, maintenance – which will ensure your continued development as you will work with experts within their field and participate in important project decision making. You will be working with tasks such as: •Team Lead for the construction management team – today 3 employees, which will grow with 3 more in near future •Follow up and planning of the tasks in the construction team •Brownfield cost estimating and input to greenfield estimate costs •Follow-up on vendor deliveries •Liaison with clients on a daily basis •Detailed construction work planning •Perform project cost management •Perform weekly and monthly reporting to clients •Participate in HAZIDs/HAZOPs and other design reviews •Participate in regular project meetings with clients •Approval of as-built documents You need to have or be able to get offshore certificate. To be a success in this position, you need the following competencies: •M.Sc. or B.Sc. as mechanical, electrical or marine engineer - preferably with a technical education as blacksmith, metalworker, welder, electrician, authorised electrician or similar •5-10 years of experience from the Oil & Gas industry •Experience in handling Oil & Gas EPC projects •Team Lead experience •In-depth knowledge and understanding of project dimensioning, descriptions, drawings, laws and regulations •Multidisciplinary understanding •Business level in English, oral and written Your new colleagues The construction management team is an independent department and represents one out of ten functional areas in Ramboll Oil & Gas. The team counts 4 people in total incl. the Team Leader and all team members have their own individual projects, differing in complexity. The department has experienced the opportunity to grow during the last years; processes have been defined and implemented, and the team is now ready for the next step of growth. High focus will be on EPC projects in the coming period.
