Would you like to be global budget responsible for IT hardware and software related expenses across Corporate IT? Create transparency and deliver measurable results As Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for the Corporate IT Technology & Security budget management processes, overseeing spending primarily around hardware, software, Telco services and maintenance agreements. This involves proactively collaborating with finance controllers and cost center owners to follow up on and revise the yearly financial plans. Moreover, you will: Be part of the daily and monthly accounting and budgeting cycle, including facilitating financial processes for decision-makers and thus enabling them to take responsibility for budgets Conduct reporting, forecasting, budget follow-up and support the full year estimate process as well as ensure they are executed according to the governance guidelines in the LEGO Group Actively collaborate with Global IT teams to align current challenges and future pipeline with financial plans Take on global operational tasks in the Corporate IT Technology & Security budget management area and administrate financial and procurement related processes Analyse, advise and create transparency by outlining the value of our IT Assets and spend across the global cost center structure and categories Only the best is good enough The LEGO Group is a family-owned international company that brings creativity, collaboration and quality to everything we do. Expertise in accounting/auditing and comfortable reaching out to stakeholders The main challenge here is to balance effortlessly between being exceedingly detail-oriented while keeping focus on the bigger picture. Your success is to a large degree dependent on your accounting and budgeting expertise combined with a willingness to collaborate with and influence stakeholders to take responsibility for their tasks. In addition, you: Have +5 years of experience within financial processes, where you have worked analytically with stakeholders and know how to manage them Hold a Bachelor or Master in Economics or Financial Management, or you have gained the relevant financial process skills through work experience Ideally, have worked with SAP in finance or procurement related modules Are motivated by working with routine tasks on a monthly basis, while also thriving in a position where you proactively challenge and collaborate with your stakeholders Speak and write English effortlessly Bringing it to life "In this position you will be given a great deal of responsibility and opportunity to put your mark on the budget management area in Corporate IT Technology & Security.
