We need your expertise in consolidating the Grundfos Group. You join the Consolidation & Reporting Department (Corporate Finance) where we have the overall responsibility for the financial reporting of more than 100 reporting entities worldwide. You will be part of a team of 4 dedicated colleagues all located in Bjerringbro, Denmark, and report to the Group Finance Manager, Kim Højslet Nygaard. ”You will be part of a motivated and competent team where we are relentlessly ambitious and work at a high level to ensure our processes and activities run smoothly. As our new Group Financial Controller, you take an active role in the consolidation of the Grundfos Group, which includes preparation, controlling and validation of the monthly reporting. Moreover, you participate in preparing the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements for the Grundfos Group as well as review and validate various reporting. Another part of your job revolves around assisting in the maintenance of our consolidation system Cognos Controller. You also participate in improvement projects and ad hoc tasks for Corporate Finance and other group companies and collaborate with the Group Finance Controllers on operational systems. “Grundfos is a large organisation and your job involves working with multiple stakeholders. So your challenge in this position is to maintain an overview while working on many several different tasks and projects with colleagues from all over the organisation,” Kim says. What do you need to apply? Preferably, you have a bachelor level degree, HD or MSc. within Finance, Accounting, or Economics. This is combined with a few years of experience working with reporting, accounting, and controlling, preferably with some exposure to an international environment. It is an advantage if you have an auditor background and sound understanding of DK GAAP and IFRS standards as well as technical flair. You have solid communication skills in written as well as spoken English. “On a personal level, you are driven and able to work on many tasks at the same time, while still maintaining a strong focus on quality and process. You take a proactive, structured and analytical approach towards challenges and are able to work across functions.
