For our Commercial Services finance department in Vejle, we are looking for a Commercial Head of Manpower Services.  

In this role you will be providing commercial support to operations for delivery of resources to project sites. Key tasks of the role are providing full transparency of financial and utilization data to S&PR department managers, supporting evaluation thereof and implementation of efficiency improvements. Finally, you will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and improving efficiency by providing quality commercial information within deadlines to support management decisions. 

The above is provided within the department Commercial Services which is responsible for Commercial management of Tower, Logistic, Equipment Management and ensuring the efficient charging of services and manpower to technical projects.

What are my responsibilities?

Shared responsibilities:

• Mid-to-long term resource utilization and price/cost development for S&PR departments
• Input to offer calculations and MIKAs
• Input to PPM business cases
• Analysis of impact of changes in demand

Full responsibility:

• Calculate forecast personnel charges to projects
• Calculate planned productivity
• Enable personnel resources to be charged in tax compliant ways (eg. SLAs, HoAs, Delegations etc.)
• Administrative support to back office and operations
• Calculate and book/invoice charges and accruals to projects
• Ensure compliance with company closing process
• Analyze and comment differences to forecast
• Analyze trends in charges as input to cost-out and NCC reduction
• Lead, develop and manage own employees
• Develop and maintain training and guidance material for global MS team
• Consolidate global S&PR actuals, forecast and budget inputs in line with deadlines 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education / Skills required:

• Bachelor or Master in Finance or Economics related studies
• 8+ years
• Microsoft excel and Power Point advanced user, SAP FICO experienced user, Siemens finance training

Experience:

• Experience in Wind Power is preferred, or experience in 2 or more businesses or corporate units
• Experience in central controlling/accounting is ideal, hands on experience in operational business is important
• Experience in leading informal or temporary project teams is required, leadership training is preferred
• Experience of working with international teams
