Are you passionate about growth and do you have a proven track record as a Senior Sales Leader – ideally in a global B2B environment? Do you have significant experience in Sales Coaching and are you passionate towards developing a best-in-class Coaching program for the sales organisation that consists of more than 3000 sales engineers and managers around the globe? Are you willing to step into the world of Inhouse Consulting in order to lead and further develop a team of highly skilled sales consultants in order to accelerate growth? We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader for the position “Head of Sales Excellence Direct Sales”. The job can be located in any of our sales offices or home based, preferably in Germany or Denmark or USA, and will require minimum 50% of global travel. Sales and Marketing Program You will be part of the Sales and Marketing Program within Danfoss Business Systems (DBS). We are a team of in-house consultants responsible for supporting Danfoss sales and marketing teams around the globe in their pursuit of continuous improvement. In this position you will report directly to the Head of the Danfoss Sales and Marketing Program. Your new challenges You will support the Profitable Growth agenda by increasing sales force efficiency and effectiveness across Danfoss Direct Sales teams in close coordination with the Business Leaders. You and your team will: •Multiply and institutionalize change across Danfoss sales teams guided by Sales and marketing Board agreements •Organize and facilitate trainings for top sales leaders •Coach sales leaders with the objective to enhance their sales leadership skills •Identify most significant sales competence gaps and find ways to close the gap through various means like training or on the job coaching •Own key selling processes (e.g. Opportunity Management, Value Selling, Account Planning) Profile The person we are looking for would have a substantial track record as a sales leader. The person must have a high drive with a strong focus on delivering results and have excellent interpersonal skills. •Experienced sales leader (preferably in B2B engineering context) •Experienced sales coach (preferably certified) •Proven leadership skills •Demonstrated ability to drive change and communicate effectively across all layers within an organization •Decisive global player with an outstanding command of English and the flexibility to travel Join our team & help us release the potential of this amazing world.
