We are looking for an Implementation Consultant for the Product Supply (PS) (at) SAP programme in Manufacturing IT.

About the department
The purpose of the PS (at) SAP programme is to replace the current IT Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system PRISM to support the future supply chain in Product Supply.

The programme has ensured successful implementations of SAP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems in Denmark, Brazil, China, France, US, Russia and Japan. We are currently implementing in Iran, Algeria, US, and Denmark. This means that we work in an international environment where travels are expected, also in this role as Implementation Consultant. We have an ambitious road ahead and we therefore need ambitious people to ensure the success of PS (at) SAP.

The position
As an Implementation Consultant you will be part of a deployment team with the following focus areas: 

Scrum master: Help educate the project team, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed/improved. Drive removal of impediments together with product owner/agile lead and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

Organisational change management and documentation update: Together with the responsible on the production site, you will drive and support the change management task, ensuring site readiness for the new IT solution.
 
Training: You will drive a training strategy aligned with lessons learned from our previous roll outs and you will coordinate the training execution in alignment with our IT solution responsible and super users from our implementation sites. The scope of this focus area can include training of up to 800 end users, many of whom require different training profiles which will also be a coordination task within your responsibility area. 

Update of SOPs to reflect new processes: You will Facilitate that local SOPs are updated by the local project team to reflect changes in processes, and facilitate that global SOPs are updated by SOP owner to reflect changes in processes. 

Deployment of standard master data governance: you will function as the link between our IT solution responsible and the users who will execute the master data.

 

User test coordination: For this focus area it is expected that you plan and facilitate the execution of user tests. This requires a close dialogue with both our IT solution responsible(s) and super users from our implementation sites, so you need to be a strong communicator and facilitator as well as being able to consider solutions to the end.
   
Support set-up stabilisation (hyper care) period: This is the period just after business go live at our implementation sites. Here you will be responsible for creating an approach aligned with lessons learned from our previous roll-outs, while also planning and ensuring preparation tasks for this period.

Permanent IT support: To secure that we have local organisations to support the implemented solution after the stabilisation period, you will be responsible for ensuring training and knowledge build up for the local IT support organisation.

Qualifications
As a person you are ambitious, energetic and find it easy to understand new processes and are willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your tasks and goals. You have a global mind-set and preferably experience from working with optimisation projects or implementation of IT systems.

Further, you work structured and have the ability to keep an overview of many on-going activities.

The position as Implementation Consultant involves both driving and coordinating tasks between different central and local stakeholders, hence the job lies naturally within the project management career track with good opportunity to advance.

You hold a Master’s degree within Business, Engineering or the like and have 0-2 years of relevant experience. It is a prerequisite that you speak and write English.
