Export, License & Urban Development is the company in Carlsberg Group responsible for export and license business in all markets where Carlsberg does not have a brewery. Together with local license and import partners, we sell approximately 10 mill. HL in 100 markets globally. An ambitious growth strategy, a steady performance and a strong portfolio of alcoholic and alcoholic free brands is making Export, License & Urban Development an important player within the Carlsberg Group.

We are hiring an International Brand Manager to drive the growth of Alcohol Free Brands (AFB) in the ELUD portfolio. You will be part of a dynamic team, with daily interaction with colleagues and partners around the world. We can offer the right candidate an exciting role in an international team, with a good potential to grow both professionally and personally. 

You will be our brand guardian for AFB, and your primary task is to drive the brand development and ensure best in class execution in the local markets. You will develop and follow up on strong brand plans, project manage the global campaign roll-outs, inspire markets and adjust campaigns according to our partners local needs, and drive the daily communication flow. 

Your key responsibilities are: 

• Be the effective interface between the Group’s brands’ strategy development and its execution in the respective markets
• Generate ideas with local partners to increase the volume and value share of our brands
• Influence local marketing teams with the prioritisation and segmentation of opportunities
• Enable fulfilment of initiatives with support through brand assets, operational toolkits, POS etc and
• Consistently monitor growth to feed into the commercial budget process of respective BU heads.

You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager AFB ELUD. You will have daily contact with the Regional Managers, and our local partners in our markets.

The position will be based in Copenhagen (Denmark).  

Your Profile 

We are looking for a candidate with a master degree in marketing, with a strong personal drive and ability to work efficiently in a complex business environment. You can provide strategic thinking as well as an operational understanding. You have strong communication skills both written and orally to secure clear direction for our partners and to inspire and sell brand stories. You have proven project management skills – as independently leading numerous projects at the same time is part of your every day business. 

You have a positive personality, are service minded at all times, and are proactive and innovative. You are also a great team player, and you thrive when you succeed together with others.
