LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you as Lead Architect, Manufacturing.

The journey will encompass increased digitalization, automation and planned transformations which all require strong architectural involvement and direction-setting.

To be able to support the above in a professional manner and to work on LEO Pharma’s existing and future huge project portfolio, we are strengthening our Technology, Architecture and Innovation department (TAI) in Global IT. In this connection, we have great focus on data and on increasing our overall capabilities.

As Lead Architect you will

Be part of the Enterprise Architecture team:

• Set the direction and define LEO Pharma Manufacturing IT strategy.
• Be responsible for the overall Manufacturing architecture and implementation across Business domains, supported by actionable roadmaps.
• Establish, maintain and evolve architecture best practices, guidelines, principles and standards e.g. relative to IT, OT, Serialization and AR capabilities.
• Provide information architecture trainings, coaching and expert level advise
• Review and evaluate proposed roadmaps and solution blueprints provided by EPCMQ partners and subcontractors.
• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Manufacturing Architecture scope

Apply if you have

• 10+ years of experience from a GxP manufacturing environment with deep understanding of associated validation procedures such as DQ and PQ.
• Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry incl. understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR 210 and 211 and 21 CFR 820 and with recommendations of ISPE’s GAMP 5.
• Experienced in translation of strategic and mission critical needs into requirements, technological and architectural implications.
• Extensive experience with management of external suppliers.
• Possesses mature understanding of foundational architectural concepts and frameworks. 
• Excellent ability to document and communicate effectively about complex technical areas incl. infrastructure, connectivity and high-availability concepts.
• Potentially Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 27001, 13485 and ISAE3402

Your new team

Global IT, Enterprise Architecture department at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We are responsible for all IT architecture across the global LEO organization. Our work environment is characterized by knowledge sharing, open dialogue and room for having a good time together.

The team is currently 8 highly skilled and motivated lead architects that are assigned to different key focus areas within the enterprise and ensures alignment with business and all other architects within Technology, Architecture and innovation as well as other IT areas within the global community.
