For our User Engagement team we are looking for an IT Key User Coordinator. As part of the Business Alignment team within the IT department you are the closest to the Wind and Service business. We in User Engagement focus on End Users and Key Users. You will enable a positive End User experience on IT applications by promoting Key User communities - combining process and IT knowledge. You will be responsible for developing the Key User concept and implementation as well as establishing a harmonized approach. You promote collaboration as well as a broad network of related business and IT contacts. What are my responsibilities? · Developing and implementing Key User Concept across organization and applications · Providing transparency and guidance to existing communities and plan/drive creation of new/missing communities · Enabling and driving cross community collaboration · Supporting ongoing IT projects in their Key User related activities · Driving common usage of job roles, target agreements and usage of Key User lists across departments and applications · Coordinating Key User knowledge management (including IT Support training) · Supporting Change Management in Key User Communities and IT Projects What do I need to qualify for this job? · A degree within Business administration or similar · You have Key User community experience from a large international companie · You have good business understanding as well as understanding of the whole IT setup · You have knowledge of SharePoint 2013 · As a person you outgoing and self-driven · You take responsibility for your work and possess strong analytical, coordination and communication skills · You are customer oriented and a dedicated networker thriving in an international environment · You are a strong user of Microsoft Office · You possess strong English skills both orally and in writing. · In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
