As our IT Manager through the past 10 years seeks new challenges outside SKOV, we are looking for a new IT Manager. SKOV in Denmark continues its successful growth strategy, and our new IT Manager will play an important role in supporting the ambitious strategy. The primary job functions are: To take the overall responsibility for a reliable, secure and optimized IT infrastructure together with four competent and supportive colleagues in the IT department. Besides that, having the responsibility for the management of the department, resources and tasks Responsibility for purchase of all IT related hardware and software Follow-up on partner and supplier cooperation and agreements Being a resource in the daily operation and support the organization The two primary success factors in the job are to ensure a continued optimal daily operation together with developing and executing an IT strategy, which supports the growth strategy of SKOV. Your profile: Experience in running on-premises environments You have management experience, or is at a stage in your career where it is a natural next step Experience with Microsoft environment (Skype for business, Exchange, Sharepoint and SQL) You have knowledge - and are curious - about new technologies and developments You have a relevant theoretical background You master English in speech and writing As a person, you have a structured and systematic approach, and you are committed to deliver results and solutions. You like a high activity level and are able to handle several tasks keeping the overview at the same time. Being proactive and challenge status quo is natural for you, and you have focus on optimizing current processes. You are customer-focused and possess good negotiation and communication skills across levels in an organization. You will be responsible to the CFO and be part of the Finance and IT department, which is the centre of the company for the commercial and administrative support to all departments in SKOV.
