IT Supporter for the Carlsberg Group Central Office

 

Do you want to drive adoption of global IT tools, support the internal Carlsberg users in Copenhagen and be an ambassador for change in the Carlsberg Group? Then you might be the right candidate for this exciting role as IT supporter, or GBS Ambassador as term it, at Carlsberg Global Business Services. 

We are looking for a person that not only has a broad IT support knowledge, but also delivers service with a smile and is used to delivering personal service and support. The goal is to help employees adopt new IT services and devices, but also to ensure a rock solid and stable IT setup locally. 

You are used to deliver IT support to end users in person and have a really good understanding of the Microsoft applications within the Office365 portfolio. You are also used to solve technical issues with Windows 10 and have a good understanding of how to resolve problems with end-users mobile devices such as iPhones and Android phones. 

You enjoy working within a team, but you are also independent enough to stand on your own, when this is needed. You will work together with other colleagues in the Digital Workplace team at Carlsberg Global Business Services, where our aim is to help our colleagues to be more productive and to create the Best Digital Workplace Experience in the World.

 

The job 

Your responsibilities:  

 

• Support Carlsberg end-users in the Carlsberg Group Central Office
• Train end-users and drive the adoption of new IT solutions and services
• Perform backend IT support tasks such as re-imaging of laptops, registration of IT equipment etc.
• Participate in continuous development of the local IT support services

 

Your normal working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8-16, however, some flexibility is expected when support is needed outside normal business hours.

 

The Profile 

We are looking for a strong technical profile with a ‘service gene’ in your DNA. How you deliver the support is just as important as what you deliver. You enjoy working in a team, being structured in your approach and have deep experience with IT support, preferably from a large company. The corporate language in the Carlsberg Group is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both orally and in writing.

 

Experience within these IT areas is valued:

 

• The Office365 application portfolio
• Windows 10 Enterprise
• iOS and Android
• SAP GUI
