IT Systems Administrator         
AGC Biologics is looking for IT Systems Administrator at our site near Copenhagen, Denmark. The position is a 9-month contracted assignment in order to support our IT department.

As our new IT Systems Administrator, you will have an excellent opportunity for making a real difference. You will be involved in the daily support of a rapidly growing organization with increasing needs and demands. You will be working closely with internal customers providing the needed IT support. Besides this you will be working with:

• Process improvement analysis
• Troubleshoot problems with the operation, performance and / or functionality of desktop application software, data center hardware, and/or network environments
• Ensures daily, weekly, monthly checks are completed and internal operating procedures are followed
• Day-to-day operational support of the infrastructure and Microsoft based environments
• Maintains detailed documentation and inventory of all managed environments

Qualifications
Being successful requires you to have the necessary skills to provide first-class customer support.

More specifically, you have:

• Graduation from university with a degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or other related field(s) preferred or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Four or more years of experience with Active directory
• Proficiencies in Microsoft technology stack including O365 and Skype for Business
• Basic SQL Server (2008-2016) administration experience and  knowledge of Network components and topologies
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and assignments, as required
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills

To be taken into consideration for the role, you must possess a valid Danish working permit.
