Danfoss is looking for a Logistic Consultant for Residential Heating. If you have a good system and process understanding and you like to interact with colleagues around the world in a challenging atmosphere, where you can make a difference, then we might have the right job for you. You will be responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing planning concepts and inventory management processes in a new Supply Chain setup as part of (our) footprint projects. You will join a highly motivated team and interact closely with your colleagues in our global supply chain.

Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must hold at least a bachelor’s degree within Logistics and Supply Chain Management (or equivalent) as well as strong project management and communication skills. The preferred candidate will have a proven track record in developing/optimizing demand planning concepts and inventory management processes.  

Additionally, you will need: 

• Experience with development and/or implementation of logistics concepts and inventory management processes (preferably in SAP)
• Analytical skills and drive in an environment where performance and execution are central and where goals are expected to be reached
• Proven track record within project management and mutual respect towards all levels in the organization
• Good and natural work ethic/performance in virtual teams and across cultures in order to succeed in global projects
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
• Proficiency in English, both in writing and speech
