Can you structure a busy schedule and keep your head calm as you brief your manager on the most important details? With a direct line to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communication & Reputation, we are looking for a Management Assistant who has a clear preference for working with communication to be part of our Corporate Communication & Reputation team. You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Corporate Communication & Reputation, the management team and the entire Communication & Reputation team and managing a busy calendar. We require a good business understanding and the ability to master the classic management assistant tasks. Communication support role with a variety of tasks You will be supporting the Senior Vice President and the management team most of your time. The job, however, includes administrative ad hoc tasks for the entire Corporate Communication & Reputation team where you will be the point of contact, and you need to have a flexible approach to your work, meaning that you can expect a large degree of variety in your job. We expect you to work independently and proactively with your primary tasks, which include: •Preparation (including drafts) of e-mails, letters and presentations •Briefing the SVP prior to meetings •Follow-up on meetings •Proofreading/translations •Calendar management – planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, seminars and events Proactive and skilled communicator and organiser with a positive attitude You might have experience from a similar position, or you might be a graduate with a preference for working with communication and a natural interest in and understanding of the business. Your educational level could be a BA in Business Languages or a relevant Master’s degree (e.g. in communication), and you fully master professional written and spoken English and Danish. You are able to handle a variety of tasks without losing perspective or attention to details. In addition, you are a great communicator, have strong IT skills and thrive in an independent role among top management. Above all, you are robust and a gifted organiser.
