Then you might be the new manager for our ON shore Documentation and Technical Operations team in the Industrial Engineering department in Brande.

What are my responsibilities?

As manager of ON Shore Documentation and technical operations in Brande you will be placed in the management team for Industrial Engineering with a key responsibility for work instructions and technical support for the production. This entails a broad contact with other parts of the organization and as such stakeholder management is an important task in our everyday life.

As Manager your focus will be to:

  • Lead, motivate and further develop 12 dedicated employees based in Brande
  • Drive performing improvements both internal in the department and at our internal customers.
  • Ensure delivery of documentation in the right quality at the right time
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to align and ensure the teams deliverables
  • Insure and update the departments KPI's according to the plant scorecard.
  • Actively participate in the development of our department with your management colleagues

What do I need to qualify for this job?

For this position we are looking for a combination of skills enabling you to manage both production documentation and day-to-day technical production support and further coordinate with other functions in the factory. Moreover, we find it important that you have an interest in continuous improvements in order to enable optimal business processes and frame for you team.
Qualifications:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience with people management from a large, dynamic, international business
  • A bachelor in relevant education.
  • You preferably have experience within documentation and a production environment
  • You have a good basic technical understanding
  • You have a good business understanding
  • You have a constructive and pleasant approach when dealing with your stakeholders
  • You are strong in communication both orally and in writing
  • You have a strong personal drive and thrive in an ever-changing global organization
  • Knowledge of quality tools and LEAN principles
  • You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing
