Do you want to be Launch Owner on new product or business projects? Can you see yourself building Danfoss Floor Heating and Electronic Controls - Hydronic (FEC-H) pipeline for future growth by interacting with our markets and customers and create compelling business cases?

Danfoss FEC is a leading manufacturer of Floor Heating equipment. We are looking for a passionate Market Development Manager, who wants to be part of our Market Development team. As a Market Development Manager, your overall mission will be to take ownership of leading a business opportunity through the full lifecycle - starting from early discovery to launching a product/concept on a marketx.

As our new Market Development Manager, you will cooperate with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have contact with sales companies globally when it comes to product launches and evaluating new business ideas. On daily basis you will work in close cooperation with the whole business, especially with sales organizations, product management, supply chain and R&D. When it comes to development of marketing concepts and material in product launches, you will work with internal marketing and external agencies.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Launch Owner for placing new products on the market
• Making launch plans with Markets
• Marketing campaigns with agencies, understanding customer needs and pain points
• Launch tracking and following up with markets
• Playing a major role in the strategic planning processes for Floor Heating Hydronics
• Building business cases on identified potentials in the market and feeding these into our Growth pipeline

We expect that you:

• Are self-driven, proactive, confident and outgoing
• Are structured, analytical and can manage to keep a good overview
• Are persistent and good at following up
• Can navigate in a big matrix organization
• Are creative and have a good team spirit
• Have great communication skills, and can manage a wide and global group of stakeholders
• Have great English skills, both written and verbally
• Master excel and power point
• Have a commercial background or similar and have experience with the above-mentioned areas
