Are you motivated with marketing and international marketing activities? Moreover, are you looking for a position within a market-leading supplier with many professional customers around the world? We are looking for a strong marketing profile for the position as Marketing Communications Manager who will play a key role in executing the global Marcom strategy for the business segment Food Retail. The job will require approx. 10 travelling days per year, and you will work from our office in Kolding or Nordborg. Launch planning, driving global sales campaigns, executing global Marcom strategy You will be the key driver of successful global launch planning and execution of the global Marcom strategy for a key market segment. This involves cooperation with segment managers, sales managers and coordination with Global Marcom colleagues and managers across the world. Furthermore, your areas of responsibility will include: •Manage global budget, prioritise efforts across regions, channels and Marcom methods •Support to global and regional segment managers •Content of website, tools and other online media •Take on project ownership of major campaigns, events and tools International marketing experience, global mind-set and communication skills You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing communication (or equivalent) and experience from an international industrial component B-t-B position. You have a solid grasp of digital marketing channels, event management, training and traditional Marcom metrics. You also have a proven track record with project management, launch planning and implementation/execution processes and have created visible results regionally and globally in this respect. You are in possession of a strong quality mind-set and have the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others and work across functions in an international environment. You are able to execute strategic plans, and you can shape messages and create communication concepts, and your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to coordinate with and involve multiple stakeholders across the organisation. As you will communicate globally, you have excellent English skills, verbally as well as in writing. Finally, you have the ability to work with MS Office.
