In Fraud Monitoring our contribution is to support customers in minimizing losses in relation to third party fraud with payment cards.

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions. Your key responsibilities are monitoring of payment card transactions, blocking and replacing cards with fraudulent transactions, and handling calls, and mails related to this task. Also, there will be possibilities to contribute to optimizing our business processes and develop our team and services through continuous improvement initiatives.
On average, the position will be 10-12 hours a week, but more hours will be possible – especially during vacation periods. Working hours will be set according to a structured schedule and working hours can be day, evening and night – including weekends and public holidays.
Place of work is Nets HQ in Ballerup.

Your professional qualifications include:
- You master Norwegian and English in both speech and writing and are conversant with the Nordic languages
- Ability to analyse and interpret larger amounts of data
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- It is a huge advantage if you are fluent in Danish as well but not a prerequisite

You have a sense for details and good analytical skills. You prefer to work independently and structured with a focus on improvement opportunities and to bring forward new ideas.
