We are looking for a candidate who can drive organisational change management activities. Therefore it is essential that you are passionate about the people side of change and strive for maximizing adoption of and satisfaction with novoGloW. About the department The position as novoGloW Change Manager is based in novoGloW Operations which focuses on improvements and support to the core quality processes supported by the novoGloW system. novoGloW is a workflow-based IT system for handling core quality processes globally in Novo Nordisk. The change control, nonconformities, CAPA system, audits and inspection processes are all supported. novoGloW Operations is an international department consisting of a dynamic mix of process- and technical competencies. The job It is a one year temporary position. The novoGloW Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring novoGloW releases meets objectives by increasing adoption of and satisfaction with novoGloW. You will focus on the people side of the change supporting the project manager. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans. On an ongoing basis you will be part of maintaining the novoGloW Experts’ (e.g. CR- and NC Experts) capabilities to ensure they can act novoGloW supporters and trainers. You will mainly work within the following areas: Assess the change impact, Create and implement change management plans, Create actionable deliverables, Communication plan, Stakeholder analysis and map, Training plan, Support communication efforts, Support training efforts, Integrate change management activities into project plan, Manage stakeholders, Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Qualifications You have a relevant university degree and can document some years of relevant experience.You have experience in and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. A certification in one of the Change Management methodologies is an advantage but not required. You bring a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. The ideal candidate can combine this knowledge with an understanding of Novo Nordisk - understanding the challenges Novo Nordisk globally faces when introducing changes in novoGloW. You have exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal and have the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. It will be an advantage if you are familiar with novoGloW and ITPMM or similar project management approaches in Novo Nordisk. Meetings and presentations in English will be part of your daily work, so fluent English skills are required. The candidate can work independently but also being part of a team and is able to handle several tasks at the same time. You have a strong personal drive and thrive in a busy environment. You bring a positive can-do attitude to your work – even when the pressure is on. You must have high level of analytical skills and ability to quickly obtain an overview of a given subject.
