We are seeking a Public Relations Manager (PR Manager) to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs. You will be part of a marketing team of highly motivated employees, who are focused on raising brand awareness of OnRobot, educate the market about collaborative applications and bring quality leads to the sales team. The role is central to the delivery of revenue and profit objectives.  You will report to the Global Marketing Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the PR & corporate communication strategy focusing on educating the market about collaborative applications
• Manage CEO and CSO  PR engagements
• Create content for spokespeople’s social media profiles
• Work directly with our CSO to align our communication focus topics
• Conduct media training to our Spokespeople and General Managers
• Participate on regional PR meetings
• Supports international exhibitions with on-site PR activities, interviews, media engagements
• Organizing press tours, networking sessions and interviews with relevant media people
• Building up a press contact database
• Drive the planning and development of global press materials to support regional press events/tours or participation at key industry tradeshows. This could include press releases, launch presentations, Q&A documents, fact sheets, etc.
• Identify opportunities and create award submissions to showcase OnRobot’s innovation and raise brand awareness’
• Define and measure and report performance of all PR campaigns, and assess against regional goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Supervising regional PR activities in US, North Europe, South Europe, CEE, DACH, APAC and China
• Travelling: 30%
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

 

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

• 10+ years experience in international B2B PR
• Has worked with IT/ technology sector in previous PR careers
• Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
• Able to write PR content and press releases about company announcements, product launches
• Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Can work independently and show initiative
• Diplomatic, with the antennae to pick up on, and manage, organizational and cultural sensitivities
• Has good cross cultural understanding
• High proficiency in English and Danish
