Would it appeal to you to conduct price positioning and price reviews in a multicultural setting among many stakeholders? And are you on the lookout for a job where you can take your analytical and project management skills to the next level? Then you could be our new Pricing Consultant in Danfoss Power Electronics (PE). You will be responsible for ensuring pricing and agreement compliance for large customers and we will rely on you to find the right prices for new products and adjust them to suit our different large customers. You will join a team of talented and dedicated colleagues, and your primary place of work will be at our office in Nordborg. Price positioning in cooperation with multiple stakeholders Your overall mission will be to increase profit in PE through pricing improvements. More specifically, you will be responsible for pricing for large customers in close cooperation with account managers where you support negotiations and ensure agreement compliance. As such, you support different stakeholders, sales companies and logistics with prices in the order handling process, information on missing prices, cost information etc. Furthermore, you will ensure continuous product price positioning and reviewing throughout the PE product portfolio and be working on pricing projects in cooperation with sales departments in different regions. With your excellent analytical capabilities and diplomatic skills you will be the proactive ambassador for price setting in PE, challenging and persuading product managers and regional sales managers to coherent price setting. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to establish price system procedures, which are easy and fast to maintain – both for you and the order handlers in PE’s local offices. Analytical capabilities, management skills and a convincing personality As a minimum you have a bachelor’s degree in economics and solid practical experience with analytical tasks and project management, ideally obtained from pricing. However, other backgrounds could be sales analyses, finance or similar. Your interpersonal toolbox is loaded with all the necessary skills to advise, challenge and commit different stakeholders with regard to price positioning. You have obtained a good understanding of business flows and processes, and you are in possession of the cooperation skills necessary in a multicultural environment. You are willing to go the extra mile to secure the results and last but not least, you are proficient in both written and spoken Danish and English.
