For our Offshore department, we are looking for a Quality Manager (Content Manager) to support Customer Order Engineering (COE) within the Offshore Market Unit. In this role, you will train, support, report and facilitate appropriate activites in relation to handling non-conformity of the entire PM (at) Siemens process. What are my responsibilities? • Daily monitoring and handling of the NCR’s in the KRIMA system in close cooperation with other Content Managers • Monitoring of COE NC cases and follow up on lacking data quality in the system and with users • Provide ad hoc support for COE users • Weekly and monthly reports and follow up activities • Training and competence building of COE employees and key users in COE departments • Deliver data and perform data analysis as part of improvement initiatives on cross-functional NCR process • Support in relation to quality improvement initiatives based on structured NCR data analysis • Update and develop processes in Offshore especially in regard to NCR related processes within COE • Drive and support various quality tasks in the CAPA team What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a relevant technical education at minimum bachelor level – preferably combined with Six Sigma Black Belt. You have experience from other areas of responsibility of project team work or you have shown significant contributions in different project teams. You have experience in projects/processes with quality issues of foreign countries or companies. Moreover, you are a proactive team player welcoming changes. You display leadership behavior by using your excellent communication skills and taking action aiming for the results. Finally, you possess good English skills, both orally and in writing and you are an experienced IT user. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
