Take on exiting challenges As part of our R&D Material Logistics organisation, you contribute to the implementation of innovative logistics solutions in our global manufacturing organisation. Your focus is on automatic warehouses, and you will lead a major project at our production site. Moreover, you will support the development of a united High Bay Warehouse (HBW) platform to assure a permanent, sustainable standard within our logistics flow. In doing so, you explore constrains in the current manufacturing value chain and operating model across production sites, and you: Act as a specialist in global HBW projects and help build up a global knowledge sharing culture Ensure that we are always on top of new processes, technologies and safety in global implementations Participate in project meetings and act as liaison between suppliers and sites to be on top of global stakeholders and make sure we deliver as promised Actively participate in developing a platform and technology map for the logistics and automatic warehouse area Play is our favourite way of learning You join a collaborative network, where you will be encouraged to make the most of your skills. Experience with logistics and project management As Senior Project Manager, you succeed because of your structured and systematic work habits combined with a holistic understanding of the LEGO Culture and strategy. Working in a global department, an interest in different cultures and working styles is an absolute advantage. Moreover, as you will be working with a wide array of stakeholders - all with individual opinions - you are able to defend and explain your decisions to get stakeholders on board. You have 4+ years of experience from either logistics or warehouse project management combined with intense knowledge of logistics flows in a global context You hold a degree in Economics or Engineering You put a lot of energy into your work, you are flexible in terms of working hours and able to travel about 70-80 days a year You speak and write English effortlessly Bringing it to life "I am proud to be a LEGO Employee, who contributes to building a better tomorrow.
