Are you an experienced supervisor within the well service area? Join us and become Well Service Supervisor in the Well Service department which is responsible for planning, executing and reporting maintenance and intervention on offshore wells in which the company is involved as operator. The department is a part of Exploration & Production which has 700 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and we have an ambitious strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline. You will be based at our office in Esbjerg. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility Your primary responsibility will be to support the ongoing offshore operation by reviewing and preparing detailed work programmes, witnessing the subassemblies prepared onshore, preparing loadouts and supervising all well service operations offshore. This role involves both offshore tasks and office work in Esbjerg and Copenhagen. The intervals between onshore and offshore tasks will vary. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •prepare detailed work programmes for Well Service/completion operations •prepare and mobilise equipment and personnel from service providers •cooperate with completion engineers on designs and programmes •supervise the completion of jobs offshore on drilling rig platforms as well as •review intervention methods and tools for improvements. Your profile You have an education as engineer, for example marine engineer, or another relevant technical background and extensive experience from working in the offshore industry with similar tasks as those listed above. As a person, you are dedicated and ambitious and find pleasure in working both offshore and with onshore administrative tasks. It is important that you are flexible, outgoing and able to cooperate, as you will be interacting with many stakeholders. You are also a highly independent and responsible person. You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office tools and speak and write English fluently.
