Head up a team who sets a strong visual agenda You will manage a team of 7 colour artists with a global impact, who set the visual agenda for the LEGO Group. Besides doing colour adjustment, the team guides and supports colleagues globally by using their expertise on colours and the right use of assets. Here, your primary focus is on leading, managing and engaging your team with attention to people development. In particular, you will: Set clear global guidelines for visual quality to safeguard powerful, consistent and correct colours on images, so that we present our images in a premium brand quality Provide structured and individual leadership support to the team, while developing, innovating and aligning processes and practices Work to align the needs, expectations and processes of multiple internal stakeholders Take a strategic outlook on the global visual agenda to create a flexible and scalable image production by building competences for visual quality assurance in other regions Only the best is good enough Here, you can have a strategic impact and lead a strong global visual agenda. Heading up the team of colour specialists, you are instrumental in ensuring that all LEGO images are top notch. And as the LEGO Group does not compromise when it comes to colour, the visual graphic quality is high.
