Can you bridge packaging development and production sites to build a common understanding? Find the right balance between design, cost and manufacturability In the role as a senior industrial engineer, you join 9 colleagues in our R&D Novelty Industrial Engineering (IE) department. We deliver packaging solutions for all novelties in the LEGO® portfolio, and we make sure that all our products are designed for manufacturing while balancing optimal costs and quality. Your job is to ensure high-quality manufacturing design in our packaging processes and set-up, collaborating closely with our peers in local industrial engineering and our production facilities. More specifically, you will: - Act as the driver for global standardisation and global change management - Be a sparring partner and bridge knowledge across other IE business areas - Drive and continuously develop the way we work internally, using relevant LEAN tools Quality down to the last detail You join a family-owned business that offers a supportive network, where you get to work closely with an international team. You have a structured approach to change management, being able to effectively drive changes as well as communicate them to involved stakeholders at different levels in the organisation. Moreover, you have: A relevant degree within supply chain and/or logistics Practical experience with supply chain and change management, providing you with a strong understanding of structures, systems and processes.
