Join the LEGO Group's Digital Platforms team You will join our highly competent team of Architects and Developers in the Digital Platforms team. We work primarily with web and mobile solutions and the corresponding backend architecture. The Digital Platforms team is responsible for developing and operating state of the art platforms, and you will be involved in projects spanning from front-end, through backend, all the way to operations and hosting. Being part of the LEGO Group, you will have focus on both your personal and professional development. The position also gives you great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of different business areas in the LEGO Group and work with the latest IT technology. You will be working out of the LEGO Group's headquarters in Billund, Denmark. Although we offer great flexibility, it is not possible to be permanently based at a remote location. Experienced leadership profile You will head up a team of highly skilled technical experts covering Developers, Testers & Database experts. Leading a diverse group of experts requires a honed leadership gene, and it is a requirement that you have previous experience in leading experts. You understand that leadership is about three things: Leading, Managing and Engaging. You thrive with all three legs. You can be the leader and build your team. You are the manager that knows the status of your projects and secure progress on all deliverables. You are engaging in value adding dialogues with your department and drive a performance culture. At the same time, you act as a trusted advisor to the business and will be cooperating with stakeholders across different business units - and as such, you will be challenged to take a pragmatic and sensible approach to get the best solutions developed while driving the long-term priorities of building a stable, agile and efficient development platform. Your communication and collaboration skills must be exquisite. You are known for, and have received frequent feedback for, your excellent people skills. It is a requirement that you have a documented track record in collaboration in a complex organisation. Excellent consultancy skills and broad technical knowledge Computer Science degree or equivalent with 10 years working experience Background in either software development or quality assurance. Possess an agile and lean mindset with extensive experience in using various agile and lean methodologies Experience implementing and maintaining continuous integration practices and tools in a multi team environment Experience rolling out and maintaining a continuous delivery mindset among technical and business stakeholders High focus on tool and acceptance test automation Experience working with IT operations to ensure a collaborative environment when designing and maintaining the technical architecture and infrastructure Proven track record in communicating and engaging with stakeholders Coaching and mentoring developers and release engineers You speak and write English fluently. Danish language skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
