Are you passionate about training? Would you like to join a team of highly skilled Instructors? We Offer You will join our team of 20 highly skilled instructors. You will support ongoing and profitable business growth by delivering high quality training courses in our modern training facilities in Esbjerg. We will help you become capable of teaching our courses in compliance with standards from the Oil & Gas, Wind and Maritime industries like OPITO, GWO, Danish Energy Agency, Danish Maritime authority etc. Key Responsibilities Deliver both practical and theoretical training according to industry standards within your area of expertise. Support function in education and training of instructors. Ensure safety of participants during practical exercises. Act as duty officer in the event of an emergency if appointed. Support achievement of safety and environmental objectives. Assist Team lead and lead instructor in ensuring all course material, procedures and risk assessments is up to date. Help ensure materials & equipment is always at hand and fully functional. Work according to Global management system Preparation of classrooms, equipment, materials and practice areas. Complete course paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Simple maintenance of equipment used at your courses. Maintain a high housekeeping standard in the classrooms and training facilities Carry out relevant reporting i.e. HSEQ, maintenance etc. Ensure the highest levels of operational flexibility, service and efficiency Who we are looking for We are looking for persons with documented competences within the areas of Fire Fighting, First Aid and/or Diving – Preferably persons competent to instruct in several areas. The right candidates could have a background as nurse, fire fighter, commercial diver or similar. Experience with teaching or working offshore is an advantage. We are seeking both full time and freelance instructors. We anticipate that you generally have the following qualifications: Education and experience within Fire Fighting (B.A instructor), First Aid (First aid instructor) and/or Diving Commercial diver). Interest in teaching and excellent communication skills. Good physical health. Can communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
