Business Excellence are driving improvements from a centralized perspective within and outside Quality Management and EHS. What are my main responsibilities? Serve as a centralized governance function within Competences across Market Unit Offshore Enroll Competence related tools, systems and methods Further optimize improvement initiatives in relation to general competence improvements Liaise with other Wind Power functions in relation to Competence related topics What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a solid background within Competence management, preferably from a large complex company You have experience with enrolling new Competence programs / tools in an international company i.e. from an HR position where competence improvement is a part of your activities You have an eye for the detail, but can also maintain the helicopter picture You always carry the Can-Do approach and are capable of managing different stakeholders through effective communication You always strive at business fit solutions. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
