Wind Service is currently experiencing tremendous growth. In order to capture and document the innovations and developments related to this growth we are looking for a Process Specialist to drive continuous improvement projects and ensure standardization of our processes for our Technology Department on a global scale. What are my responsibilities? Your tasks will mainly be to assume overall responsibility for the development, improvement and implementation of processes in our Technology department and supporting in process related topics. This includes: Drive process improvement initiatives by decreasing lead-times and improving quality Defining, re-defining and implementing core processes in close cooperation with the regions Drive/Support new strategic improvement projects within Service Technology Train the organization in the process landscape within Technology Support in audits Up to 20 days of travel must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Master's degree within business development, engineering or the like. You are expected to have min. 3 years of experience dealing with process improvement methodologies like LEAN and Six Sigma. You can demonstrate experience in driving projects according to professional PM methodologies, and you work analytically and in a structured manner in your strive to achieve goals. Reaching targets and meeting deadlines is what spurs you on. You hold strong Change Management skills You have a global mindset and previous experience from working in a multinational organization. You are a strong communicator who knows what it takes to motivate people to work towards agreed goals, and you possess excellent English skills both verbally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
