Then you could be our new Process Technology Project Manager at Danfoss Power Solutions in Nordborg. Manufacturing lead in key strategic Projects Danfoss Power Solutions is market-leading in off-road mobile hydraulics and electro-hydraulics steering for construction and agricultural machinery. Our innovative and dynamic environment gives you the opportunity to bring in your own ideas to secure our number one position in the market. As our new Process Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of all products that include electronics and software. You will be the manufacturing lead in a dedicated product organisation consisting of 20+ people responsible for key strategic projects. You will also become member of the local production technical team, ensuring quality and robust processes. Your typical day will include: •Participating as operations lead in new development projects •Developing and implementing ideas to ensure a competitive/world-class operational set-up •Responsibility of specifying, implementing, and testing new production equipment •Ensuring process documentation according to TS 16949 •Taking part in daily operational tasks Technical skills and a strong team player You have a background in engineering or another relevant technical education and some experience working with automation, electronic or software. Experience with project management is naturally an advantage, but not crucial. Your analytical skills are excellent and fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of Danish will be an advantage - otherwise, we will invest in Danish language lessons. On a more personal note, you are energetic and have a drive for performance, and you thrive on giving that bit of extra to secure the successful outcome from idea to implementation. You have a structured approach to your work and take responsibility. As the majority of your job activities take place in cross-functional groups, it is also important that you are a skilled team player who thrives on cooperating and networking.
