The requirements for the position are as follows: Expert in HTML5 / CSS3 and JavaScript (3+ years in a work-setting), expert knowledge of AngularJS is a MUST (3+ years in a work-setting), University/College degree in a computer science/multimedia design program, experience within and advanced knowledge of UX / UI /GUI processes, back-end knowledge of Python/Flask is preferred, but PHP may be considered (The position does not require the individual to be a backend expert; just basic knowledge and ability to top - follow the framework) and finally, experience with agile development methods (Scrum & Kanban).
