For the Logistics team in the Offshore Project Management department, we are looking for a visionary and innovative business process professional, with experience in setting up warehouse processes; Goods receive, storage, pick/pack etc. The Warehouse Process Manager will be responsible for material management and processes at our project site warehouses through the assigned stock keepers. What are my responsibilities? • Process documentation, implementation and adherence at project site warehouses • Coordination and alignment between processes and new IT/logistic concepts • Connecting the harbor warehouse management with other logistics functions and warehouses in Siemens • First level support and training of process user in warehouses • KPI design, implementation and reporting What do I need to qualify for this job? • Natural flair for change management and getting the buy-in • Able to take the lead and motivate people • Understand the right balance between a detailed focus and the overall picture • You hold a Master degree or similar • You are an experienced user of SAP and Excel • You have minimum 3-5 years of experience with process implementation and warehouse processes In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
