We are expanding in the company and we are looking for a skilled and ambitious Product Development Assistant for Administration and our R&D activities. We are looking for a profile, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a mix of repetitive tasks and project related tasks.

We need you to take a natural responsibility and be able to meet deadlines within the different projects.

You need, to be able to work in excel sheets and be familiar with creating basic formulas. The projects which you will join in on will be from different areas such as healthcare, manufacturing and education.

We expect you to be studying either: Business Administration, Marketing and UX-Design, Product Development and Innovation or similar studies.

Tasks

  • Administrative tasks related to weekly employee follow-up and monthly closure of project hours.
  • To assist the Project Coordinator in updating and managing resource plans on department and project level.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks related to integration of new tools and methods across departments.
  • As Super User assist employees in using our tools for hours registrations.
  • Ad hoc assistant tasks for the Head of Product Development Department.
  • Perform research on specific topics e.g. scientific literature research, market research, go-to-market strategies, sales processes, fair & exhibition research, contact search.
  • Based on research outcome, identify and present possible tasks and next steps.
  • Assist with internal workshop organization, user interviews, questionnaire creation.
  • Up till 15 hours per week.

Skills and experience

  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a mix of repetitive tasks and project related tasks.
  • Is able to take responsibility of tasks and meet deadlines in different projects.
  • Be able to work in excel sheets and are familiar with creating basic formulas.
  • You are comfortable speaking and writing English
  • You are able to work across projects from different areas such as healthcare, manufacturing and education.
  • You need to have an analytical and structured mind
  • You need to be strong in excel/google sheet
  • You need to have a passion for numbers.
