Product Owner for Embedded Software in UPS solutions
Would you like to be at the forefront of the IoT and battery-driven technology and at the same time be part of delivering pioneering and green power solutions?
As our Project Owner for Embedded Software Platform, you will lead and organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team on Product Development projects in a collaboration with Engineering teams in China & Denmark. Your work will be crucial for streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features and platform for the team as you play a key role in creating uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS). Our customers are primarily high profile Datacentres, Colocation and production plants.
Lead successful product development and happy participants We are in the process of enhancing and extending a new platform for our UPS solutions, and you will as part of the Architecture & Project group be responsible for driving the execution of the Embedded Software project with in the Product Development organisation, where the Embedded Software team execute their task in agile framework to deliver the features. You will work with architects, development teams & offer management to ensure that business, quality and functional goals are met on time with each product release. Specifically, you:
- Represent the “voice of the customer” by close work with Product Management to groom and prioritize product feature backlog, ensuring that the development team is working on user stories that maximise business value or ROI and are aligned with product strategy.
- Are accountable for the backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Co-work with module owners to continuous break down system user stories (SysEpic) into module user stories (Module Epic).
- Co-work with Embedded Software Functional Lead and support the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Collaborate effectively with other functions within projects, e.g. Marketing, other PDLs and architects as part of a larger system project.
Your profile:
- Solid experience in Embedded Software or Software development of large-scale product (20+ designers) preferable in the Power Electronics, Electronic/Information, or automation industry.
- 3 years agile development experience
- Comprehensive software engineering knowledge
- Strong in Embedded Software or Software Requirement Analysis and work break down capability
- Good technical writing capability
