Are you an experienced Production or Manufacturing Engineer, and do you have the passion for developing world-class manufacturing? Then you could be our new Production Engineer at Danfoss Power Solutions in Nordborg. Manufacturing lead in key strategic Projects Danfoss Power Solutions is market leading in off-road mobile hydraulics and electro-hydraulics steering for construction and agricultural machinery. Our innovative and dynamic environment gives you the opportunity to bring in your own ideas to secure our number one position in the market. As our new Production Engineer, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of all products, including electronics and software. You will be the manufacturing lead in a dedicated product organisation consisting of 20+ people, responsible for key strategic projects. You will also become member of the local production technical team, ensuring quality and robust processes. Your typical day will include: •Participating as operations lead in new development projects •Developing and implementing ideas to ensure a competitive/world-class operational setup •Responsibility of specifying, implementing and testing new production equipment •Ensuring process documentation according to TS 16949 •Taking part in daily operational tasks Engineer with experience in manufacturing and a strong team player You have a background in engineering or another relevant technical education and some years’ experience working with automation, electronic, software and project management within production or development. Your analytical skills are excellent, and you master English fluently as well as Danish on a basic level as a minimum. On a more personal note, you are energetic and have a drive for performance, and you thrive on giving that bit of extra to secure the successful outcome from idea to implementation. You have a structured approach to your work and take responsibility. As the majority of your job activities take place in cross-functional groups, it is also important that you are a skilled team player who thrives on cooperating and networking.
