Then the position as our new HR Business Partner may be right for you. Drive, implement and coach to success Your overall responsibility will be to develop, implement and drive HR programmes, policies and processes such as: Performance Management and Development Process, succession planning, talent identification and development in close cooperation with managers in our offices in Copenhagen and Esbjerg. Furthermore, you will also: Drive and support annual HR initiatives according to the managers' annual wheel such as Employee Satisfaction & Engagement Survey and salary review, incl. to advise the management team on good practices and possible action plans Work closely with managers to identify current and future HR needs of the business, including design of plans and interventions in order to achieve strategic goals Work in partnership with managers to motivate and retain high performers by providing individual career development programmes, challenging work assignments and other on-the-job learning initiatives that will lead to career advancement Secure an organisation living the Ramboll values, together with our managers Act as team leader for 3-4 administrative HR professionals Please notice that you must expect 20-50 travel days a year, primarily to our office in Copenhagen. You are a concise and clear communicator who thrives in a facilitating role, and you have the ability to use persuasion and arguments in a way that leaves only winners behind. Furthermore, you are able to maintain a holistic and strategic approach towards both development of people and business without losing focus on the necessary details. Others would describe you as easy-going, very adaptable to change and with a personality that enables trust and confidence. We imagine that you have a background and skills that matches: Master's degree with relevant HR perspective Minimum 3 years of experience in the role as HR Business Partner in a large international company, incl. experience with all the aspects of a manager's annual wheel, PDPs, coaching, appreciative enquiry, etc. Fluency in English - both orally and in writing Experienced user of Microsoft Office and an HR information system Your new colleagues The HR department is responsible for HR across all the regional offices in Ramboll Oil & Gas.
