Would you like to take on the brand and portfolio responsibility for the entire Boys or Girls super segment across the Nordics/Benelux/Baltic markets? Be close to consumers and customers in an exciting organisation - and take on a leadership role? Strategic and hands-on marketing Your main focus is on the Nordic/Benelux/Baltic (NBB) markets but you will also collaborate across all European markets in terms of business support and general campaigns. As Senior Brand Manager, you will gather input to develop plans and campaigns that suit your markets. Moreover, you will serve as a sparring partner for Sales and other functions, keeping a strategic portfolio approach by knowing the turnover, actions needed, etc. Your responsibilities include: 50 % Brand Marketing: Adapting global campaign toolbox to local needs based on consumer insights and product/market knowledge. Developing specific campaigns for the NBB region, creating effective go to market strategies and thinking digital aspects into campaigns and strategies 30 % Business Management: Assortment, portfolio strategy, optimising sales/portfolio strength. Following sales closely to ensure future demand is reflected correctly and in close cooperation with Operations. Correct plans accordingly 20 % Stakeholder Management: collaborating across your business unit’s 10 countries and various marketing departments, being main point of contact towards global marketing functions as well as local marketing/trade marketing and sales teams One of the positions will have leadership responsibility for 4 team members Connected community In a culture that is famous for collaboration and creativity, you will connect the marketing dots in order to build these super segments in very mature markets. The international nature of your work takes you travelling about 25 days per year. Consumer Marketing Specialist with solid business acumen Your core consumers (children aged 4-10) constantly change their media behaviour, so you will be challenged on your ability to innovate in order to follow the consumer. To facilitate this, you: Hold a Master in Marketing or another relevant degree combined with +5 years of experience from a consumer marketing role, ideally in a FMCG company Have a good business understanding and knowledge of how things are connected in a large organisation Speak and write English fluently.
