Can you develop sales & operations planning excellence in a complex global environment with multiple stakeholders? Would you like to manage the demand planning and alignment process for LEGO Education's Asian, Pacific & Emerging markets? Demand planning, sales reporting and business analysis This newly established position is part of LEGO Education's Asia; Pacific & Emerging markets team (APEM). In this role in you will be responsible for two main areas: the execution and consolidation of the demand planning process together with sales reporting and business intelligence. According to this, key activities will be: Managing our demand planning and alignment process; securing proactive involvement of relevant stakeholders in the market and in LEGO Education's Global Operations Analyzing demand trends and leading the execution of our forecasting process Developing and preparing cyclical business unit reporting Doing weekly and monthly updates on sales performance as well as conducting in-depth analysis Acting as the "go-to" person for regional Operations – in relation to both urgent matters and proactive planning and mitigation This is an opportunity to improve forecast performance in a business with high complexity and high requirements for strong forecast accuracy. Solid business sense and proven results within the field of demand planning and analysis The right candidate for us has a consistent focus on business needs and is determined to deliver best-in-class operational support. You thrive on driving process improvement and developing actionable reporting. To succeed in this job it is furthermore essential that you: Hold a Master of Science in Business Administration or Finance (Cand. Merc.) or other relevant education Have 1-3 years of relevant experience within demand planning and analysis, preferably from a global organization Have a high level of cultural understanding and can communicate clearly with people at all levels of an organization Possess full MS Office proficiency with strong Excel skills and preferably have SAP experience Speak and write English proficiently Are willing to travel approximately 10-15 days per year
