Are you motivated by providing support and solving a wide variety of administrative tasks in a fast-moving project environment? Then join our business area EPC and Construction Management and become one of our highly skilled project assistants. Our project portfolio comprises several major offshore wind projects in the United Kingdom, Germany and Denmark. You will be joining the world leader within offshore wind power with exceptional competences within all fields of offshore wind technology. You will be employed in Project & Site Support and allocated to one of our wind farm projects. We expect you to be comfortable navigating in a matrix organisation and to participate actively in knowledge sharing and interact with your colleagues, also in the line organisation. You will be based at our office in Skærbæk, near Fredericia; however, you should expect some travelling between our office locations and to our construction sites both in Denmark and abroad. Areas of responsibility You will support the project team by solving a wide variety of tasks within the fields of administration, document handling and internal and external communication. After a thorough introduction, you will become an expert user of our in-house systems and you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our standards, policies and procedures in order to secure a high level of quality while meeting all your deadlines. You will be solving tasks both independently and in cooperation with your project team and colleagues in Denmark and abroad. It is important that you have a flexible attitude and that you enjoy solving varying ad hoc tasks according to project needs. You will play a central role in the administration of our projects and therefore we expect that you have relevant experience with: Preparation of documents and presentations. You will be involved in preparing progress reporting, monthly reporting, management meetings and supplier progress meetings. Your involvement includes drafting and proofreading agendas and reports as well as planning and participating in meetings and being responsible for minutes. You will also play an important part in tender and contract processes. Administration. You will create and maintain organisational charts, contact lists, etc. as well as the project’s intranet (SharePoint-based workspace). We expect you to take the lead when new members join the project with regard to introduction to the project, the team members and the facilities. Coordination and planning. You will be the key organiser and focal point when it comes to planning and arranging events such as meetings, seminars, workshops and social events within the project as well as being responsible for travel arrangements for the project team in connection with such events. Your profile We expect relevant educational background combined with a proven track record within support and administration, preferably from working in project teams. You have a systematic approach to your work and are a strong organiser as many tasks will be complex and involve a large number of partners from both inside and outside our organisation. You are motivated by offering support to your colleagues and have a service-minded, proactive and positive approach to your work. As you will be working independently with varying tasks, you must be able to prioritise and communicate with your colleagues. You will play an important role in the project administration team, therefore, it is essential that you have a committed and inclusive approach to your colleagues across the organisation. Additionally, we expect you to be an expert user of the Microsoft Office programs. We use SAP as our ERP system and Captia from Scan-Jour as our document handling system.
