We are looking for new colleagues for our Supply Management Nacelle department in Brande. The department is responsible for the sourcing of components for different turbine modules, various operational tasks including direct supplier contact and ensuring delivery documentation. What are my responsibilities? · Undertaking material availability analyses. · Permanent maintenance of the parameters and master data. · Expediting purchase and supply sources in order to guarantee timely availability of materials. · Translating requirement specifications into procurement requests and orders. · Tracing the ordering and delivery processes of suppliers. · Monitoring of inventory levels and undertaking intelligent inventory management. · Identifying differences and obtaining clarification of supplier invoices. · Handling of non conformance cases. · Operating / supporting an active supplier management scheme. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a relevant education, and preferably, you have former experience with purchasing. · You thrive in a dynamic environment. · You are a strong communicator with good social skills; you are analytical and have good planning skills. · Personally, you are: self-determined, taking initiative, a team player and customer oriented. · You have excellent skills in English, both orally and in writing. · Basic knowledge of MS Office is a must, since it is used often. · Good IT skills and a basic knowledge of the MM module (SAP) is a plus. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
